Osteopathy At Broad Reach Clinic

Adrian and Charmaine Culling Qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1993. On qualifying they moved to Bournemouth (Adrians home town) and set up the Broad Reach Clinic in Westbourne, where they have worked ever since.

Adrian and Charmaine both enjoy all aspects of Osteopathic treatment including Cranial. Adrian has developed a special interest in the treatment of the lower limb, Pelvis and Lumbar Spine, both in athletic and less athletic patients.

Charmaine was formerly trained as a Nurse and Midwife, so she particularly enjoys treating Expectant mothers, Children and women who have recently given birth.

As well as our areas of special interest, working in Westbourne, we both like to think we help patients to deal with the aging process, regarded by some as a barrier to normal life and others simply as a challenge.

The Treatment

Osteopathic treament consists of gentle manipulation and stretching of the muscles, ligaments and joints. Treatment is not painful and rarely uncomfortable.

Conditions treated by Osteopaths

Osteopathic treatment can help many musculoskeletal conditions. These include the common aches and pains due to strains, falls and overuse, as well as the more long-term back and neck probems. It can often alleviate the problems associated with stress and tension including chronic headaches.
