This gives a thorough picture of how well (or not) your body is functioning, which in turn helps identify weaknesses or high risk areas for injury, as well as any sites of pain. At this point there is no obligation to have any treatment. However, if you would like to help your body and improve the areas of dysfunction identified in the consultation, an osteopathic treatment with Phoebe is a good place to start. Specific stretches, exercises and postural advice will be given, alongside hands-on treatment, sports massage and Medical Acupuncture.
