What is an Osteopath?
Osteopathy is a system of medicine whoch uses manual and exercise therapies as an effective treatment for a wide range of painful disorders.
It helps reduce pain and restore the function of the musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles and ligaments).

A variety of techniques may be used, including massage, joint articulation and manipulation and medical acupuncture.
In addition, it is common for us to give home based exercises which can help to enhance the hands-on treatment you will receive.
