What is an Osteopath?

The Treatment
Osteopathic treatment consists of hands-on gentle manipulation and stretching of the muscles, ligaments and joints. Osteopathy does not use drugs or surgery.

My Osteopathic Clinic
I work in St Albans at a group osteopathic practice with 3 other osteopaths and have worked from here since 1999.
The practice is approximately 1 mile from the centre of St Albans, on the A1057 Hatfield Road with parking at the rear of the building. We are a 15minute walk from St Albans City train station and have good bus routes, stopping 100 yds from the practice.
We are open Monday to Friday from 7.30 or 8am to 7 or 8pm.
