I am a qualified Osteopath and a Sports Therapist. Over the last 15 years I have worked as a therapist with soccer, rugby and athletic clubs. I currently work as sports therapist in the academy of a League One football club and as an osteopath with the first team squad of a Championship team. I also work part-time as Medical Tutor for the Football Association. Over the years I have treated clients of all ages and occupational backgrounds. These include the office worker with a nagging neck or back pain to the recreational sports person. When treating clients, at the first appointment, I start by taking a full case history followed by a postural assessment. Then following a discussion with the client, if appropriate, an effective and safe treatment and rehabilitation programme is put in place.
