Osteopathy is now recognised as an effective treatment for a wide range of painful disorders. It helps restore the function of the musculoskeletal system (joints, muscles and ligaments)
The aim is to relieve pain and get you going again as quickly as possible. Patients of all ages can obtain benefit. The treatment is tailored to suit.
Osteopathic treament consists of gentle manipulation and stretching of the muscles, ligaments and joints. Treatment is not painful and rarely uncomfortable.

The Practice is open 8.30am to 7.00pm Mon-Fri and 8.30-1.00 Sat.
The fee for Osteopathy is £35.00 per treatment. The practice is accepted by all private insuance schemes, please inform us if you have insurance at the start of any treatment to ensure that the correct procedure is followed.
The practice has been established for over 45 years and is situated in the centre of Sevenoaks where it has its own car park for the use of patients.
For acute conditions we average 2.8 treatment sessions, so you can expect to be treated between one and five times.
We put an emphasis on the individual and take a detailed case history to establish the exact cause of pain, to include any aspects of your lifestyle that may be contributing to the cause of the pain .
We treat children to adults. Tara and Xavier specialise in cranial osteopathy with16 years experience between them.
